- a Merrimack valley teens study -
finding the real deal through the counterfeits
The world is full of people who claim Christianity as their own, but, in Matthew 7, Jesus warned of false prophets and fake Christians who believe them. From the beginning, people have rejected the truths of Christianity and believed false doctrine. As we follow our mission of making and maturing disciples of Jesus Christ, it's important to be able to tell real deal Christianity from man-made counterfeits.

In this seven-part series, we'll go deep into studying the Apostles' Creed, which Christians for hundreds and hundreds of years have used as a measure for the essential doctrines Christians must hold on to. Through our study, we'll look at the Biblical basis for each line of the Creed, learn what happens if you reject any of its doctrines, and come to a place where we each can each say "I believe the Apostles' Creed."

What is the apostles' Creed?
Answering this question is probably the best place we can start for a study on the Apostles' Creed, so we've dedicated a whole section of this website and the notebook to answering it.
